IHG recognises best performing hotels in 2009

 

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) recognised its employees and hotels for their outstanding performance and contribution to the business and their local community in the annual Hotel Stars Awards.

 

91 winners across 20 award categories were selected from 686 IHG hotels across Europe, Middle East and Africa as one of the best performing staff or hotels in 2009.

 

Holiday Inn Kraków City Center is one of 39 hotels awarded the 2009 Quality Excellence Awards.  The award was accepted by Yossi Wircer, the hotel General Manager.

 

The Quality Excellence Award recognises hotels that excel in guest experience and satisfaction.

Yossi Wircer, the hotel General Manager said, ?This award recognises all the hard work and team effort we?ve put in this year. We?re constantly striving to go the extra mile so guests can expect a consistently good service when visiting our hotel and we?ll continue to work together to keep delivering the same high quality hotel experience each year.?
