Holiday Inn Kraków City Center receives international award in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The annual Hotel Stars Awards were recently held in  Amsterdam, Netherlands and at the annual event InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) recognised hotels and people for their outstanding performance and contribution to the business and the local community in which they operate. The winners are the best performing IHG hotels across Europe.

At the awards ceremony Holiday Inn Kraków City Center was awarded the  Quality Excellence Award.  

The Quality Excellence Award recognises hotels that excel in delivering the best guest experience and satisfaction

Yossi Wircer, general manager, of Holiday Inn Kraków City Center visited Amsterdam, Netherlands, to accept the award and said “This award recognises all the hard work and team effort we’ve put in this year. We’re constantly striving to go the extra mile so guests can expect a consistently top notch experience when visiting our hotel and we’ll continue to work together to keep delivering the same experience each year.”

Holiday Inn Kraków City Center awarded a gold medal.

Innovation at Holiday Inn Kraków City Center

To meet our guests expectations the Holiday Inn Krakow City Center upgraded its TV system and replaced it with new sets of LG TVs  with High quality resolution. 37 inches TVs were installed in the Executive studios and 32 inches TVs were installed in all other Hotel’s rooms.

The new technology which the hotel installed will enable our guests to enjoy a greater selection of free TV and Radio Channels, as well as a Video on demand system with a large selection of Blockbuster movies.

The annual Hotel Stars Awards were recently held in Cairo, Egypt and at the annual event InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) recognised hotels and people for their outstanding performance and contribution to the business and the local community in which they operate. The winners are the best performing hotels of IHG’s 700 hotels across Europe, Middle East and Africa.

At the awards held at City Stars Complex, the first integrated urban development in the Middle East with three IHG hotels on the impressive site, Holiday Inn Kraków City Center was awarded the Quality Excellence Award for 2010.  The Quality Excellence Award recognises hotels that excel in delivering the best guest experience and satisfaction.
